Junior Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Junior Accountant to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The Junior Accountant's responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. You will utilize accounting software to process business transactions including but not limited to accounts receivable and credit card receipts. A successful Junior Accountant should be familiar with all accounting procedures. Ultimately, they will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.


  • Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.

  • Prepare bank deposits, posting of tenant’s payments, and statements.

  • Reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner.

  • Enter key data of financial transactions in the database daily.

  • Research, track and restore the accounting and/or documentation problems and discrepancies.

  • Operate in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.



  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an accounts receivable/payable clerk.

  • Experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Aptitude for numbers.

  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks.

  • Data entry and word processing skills.

  • Well organized.


Additional Details-

  • Full Time.

  • Monday - Friday 9-5 or 8-4 pm (your preference).

  • Ability to work partially remote after 60 day review period.

  • Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annual salary 

  • Two weeks of PTO 



  • Bookkeeping: 5+ years.

  • QuickBooks and/or Rent Manager Experience (Preferred).

  • Customer Service experience a plus.
