Position: Bookkeeper, Part Time

Schedule: Part time – 3 days per week with the potential for increased workload

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

Position Summary and Details:

As NGB Property Management continues to grow, we seek to add an experienced individual with a strong working knowledge of accounting and finance to our team.

 

Daily and monthly tasks for this position shall include but not be limited to:

• Accounts receivable

• Audits

• Helping clients access our portal, make payments, and provide reports via phone and email

• Managing deposits

• Account reconciliations

 

Experience and Required Skills:

• Finance - Working knowledge of financial principles and reporting are required. This includes the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, as well as statements of cash flow

• Bookkeeping and accounting – understanding of both cash and accrual methodologies

• Experience working with a small company (less than 100 employees) is a plus

• Working knowledge of windows based PCs, accessibility via phone and email, and the ability to work independently are critical in this role. Please do not apply if you do not feel as though you possess all of these essential skills.
