We’re hiring a Leasing Specialist to show our properties to prospective tenants throughout the Capital District.

This is a part time position. Ideal candidate will have at least one weekend day of availability and some afternoon/evening availability during the week. 

Duties include showing properties and providing prospective tenants with our showing information brochures. If you're looking for a straight forward, easy job showing folks apartments look no further!

Requirements-

* Reliable transportation

* Must be willing to travel. We have properties in Albany, Schenectady, Clifton Park, Saratoga, Troy, and Cohoes.

* Internet access is a huge plus. We like to schedules via email. That way you can just print it out and take it with you.

* People skills! You'll be interacting with tenants on occasion, so it's important that you remain professional and represent our name well.
