Description-
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance team.
Responsibilities and Duties-
-
Create and manage daily schedules of maintenance team staff based upon priorities from the service request queue
-
Work closely with maintenance coordinator to ensure service requests are created, updated, and completed
-
Work closely with management team to ensure they are updated on the status of maintenance within the company
-
Provide paper copies of receipts for materials purchased by maintenance team
-
Provide after-hours service oversight with on-call rotation of technicians
-
Ensure technicians are performing their daily duties
-
Inspect job sites during and at the completion of the project to ensure they meet NGB standards
-
Receive daily and after-hours communications from field team to answer questions and give direction on issues that arise
-
Complete move out inspections and periodic inspections of properties
-
Train technicians on tasks for completion
-
Track and report on daily summaries provided by maintenance technicians
-
Track and provide daily hours worked by maintenance technicians
-
Report directly to Operations Manager
Qualifications and Skills-
The following qualifications are required for this role:
-
At least 5 years of experience managing a team
-
At least 5 years of maintenance experience
-
Reliable transportation
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
-
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, including but not limited to Outlook
-
Strong written communication is a must
