Job Description
NGB Property Management, a leader in Property Management services throughout the Capital District of upstate New York, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator that is accustomed to delivering excellent customer service to our clients and residents
A qualified candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Job Duties

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and by telephone

Coordinating appointments for prospective tenants and vendors

Notifying tenants daily of upcoming maintenance appointments

Working with new move-ins and tenants on lease-signing

Preparing paperwork for new move-ins
-
Creating and updating documents
-
Uploading documents on to the portal
-
Inputting mass-information into our online software
-
Paper filing
-
Mass mailing of letters
-
Any additional tasks assigned by management
Compensation
$39,500-$43,680 per year
