Job Description 

NGB Property Management, a leader in Property Management services throughout the Capital District of upstate New York, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator that is accustomed to delivering excellent customer service to our clients and residents 

A qualified candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Professional telephone etiquette

  • Welcoming and friendly demeanor

  • Ability to remain calm and be patient with difficult customers

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Team oriented attitude

  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently, when necessary Job Duties:

Job Duties

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and by telephone

  • Coordinating appointments for prospective tenants and vendors

  • Notifying tenants daily of upcoming maintenance appointments

  • Working with new move-ins and tenants on lease-signing

  • Preparing paperwork for new move-ins

  • Creating and updating documents

  • Uploading documents on to the portal

  • Inputting mass-information into our online software

  • Paper filing

  • Mass mailing of letters

  • Any additional tasks assigned by management

Compensation

$39,500-$43,680 per year 
One week of PTO 
Healthcare available

Retirement benefits available 

$1,000 sign on bonus
