Position Description:
NGB Property Management, a leader in Property Management services throughout the Capital District of upstate New York, is seeking a full or part time Office Administrator that is well organized, strong with communication and eager to learn.
A qualified candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Professional attitude and demeanor on the phone, via email, and during in-person office interactions

Ability to remain calm and be patient with challenging customers

Attention to detail

Ability to work with a team but also be self-motivated and work independently, when necessary
Job Duties:

Greets walk-ins and scheduled office appointments
-
Coordinating appointments for prospective tenants and vendors
-
Notifying tenants daily of upcoming maintenance appointments
-
Assist Leasing Manager with application processing: running credit reports, verifying income and rental history, and communicating with prospects to gather any missing information

Working with new move-ins and tenants on lease-signing and lease renewals
-
Preparing paperwork to include move-in packets and large notification mailings

Scanning and attaching documents to rental software and the shared drive

Inputting mass information into our online software

Paper filing
-
Create and send property-wide email notifications
-
Maintain showing calendar for Leasing Department
-
Any additional tasks assigned by management
Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: Up to $50,000 based upon experience
