Property Manager / Junior Property Manager

NGB Property Management, a leader in property management throughout the capital region of New York, is growing and seeks to add an experienced Property Manager to our team. 

Just getting started in the industry? No problem! We're also accepting applicants for a Junior Property Manager role!

Our Property Managers work closely with our homeowner’s association boards to ensure properties and communities are kept in A+ condition. 

 

Responsibilities 

Attend meetings with Association board members

Document action items and ensure completion 

Obtain quotes from vendors and negotiate contracts

Send communications to residents, homeowners, and communities

Work closely with our operations staff to ensure projects are completed

 

Experience

Familiarity with HOA bylaws and governing documents is a plus

Property management experience is a plus 

At least 5 years of customer service experience is required

Strong written and oral communication required 

 

Shift: Full time Monday-Friday

Salary: $55,000-$60,000 based upon experience
