Job Description
NGB Property Management, a leader in Property Management services throughout the Capital District of upstate New York, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator that is accustomed to delivering excellent customer service to our clients and residents
A qualified candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Prior maintenance coordination experience is a plus!
Job Duties

Manage work order system
-
Schedule maintenance visits with tenants and maintenance team

Follow up with tenants on maintenance requests
-
Manage maintenance inbox
-
Acquire quotes from vendors
-
Provide clients with pricing and schedule approved work
-
Provide 1st level troubleshooting on maintenance issues when applicable (including but not limited to walking people through flipping breakers, resetting devices, etc)

Generate monthly work order summaries

Assist Receptionist with daily tasks when needed

Complete property inspections when needed

Meet with vendors when needed
Compensation
$40,000-$42,000 per year
One week of PTO
Fuel reimbursement
Healthcare available
$1,000 sign on bonus
